Appetizer:

Syrian Muhamarra Dip (roasted red pepper, pomegranate, and walnuts)
Fresh hummus
Fresh pita chips and cheese

First Course:

Whole, stemmed tomatoes presented stuffed with Cypriot Haloumi cheese and pine nuts, spiced with middle eastern za'atar

Entrée:

Lamb kefta kabobs (skewered lamb patties seasoned with garlic, cilantro, cumin and curry) with Tomato-Ancho Sauce over Couscous

Additional Salads:

Orange and Kalamata olive salad with cumin seed and olive oil
Traditional Israeli Salad (diced tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper, and onion)

Dessert: Diced seasonal fruits dressed with fresh rosemary syrup and goat cheese

Gazpacho Shooters (Tiny glasses of spiced spicy, garlicky gazpacho soup garnished with bell pepper and cucumber)

First Course:

Chilled Asparagus with warm Lemon Bèchemel

Entrée:

Filet Mignon with Herbed Dijon Mustard Sauce

Wasabi Mashed Potatoes & Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Dessert: Individual Fresh Berry Crisps with Lemon-Buttermilk Sorbet
