Cooking Basics Course
A custom "Cooking Basics" course is now forming. Classes will take place in Chef Robin's Roscoe Village (Chicago) home during May and June. The program will consist of 5 - 6 classes, each covering a different cooking method. Participants will get hands-on experience, sample the dishes in class and take home any leftovers. Contact Chef Robin now to discuss the course program, dates, and costs.

Custom Classes
Don't forget you can "own" your own class!! Get a group of your friends together, e mail Chef Robin and together we'll work out a class time and menu that meets your group's needs.
